The Company
In 2002, the historical premises of Via Galliano were transferred to the industrial estate of Firenze/Osmannoro. The new productive structure was therefore strengthened with up to date plants that are entirely managed by an electronic control system which is capable of reaching elevated qualitative standards, while operating with respect for the artisan's methods which have always guaranteed the absolute quality of the product.
The coffee that is imported directly at its origin on the basis of scrupulous selections is roasted using the innovative "clean air" heat generator. This process completely excludes the customary contact of the product with the residue of the combustion processes that are necessary for roasting, and in this way the organoleptic peculiarities are valued.
In January 2004 our Company acquired the quality certification UNI ISO 9001 concerning a "QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM" and UNI EN ISO 14001 concerning an "ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM".
The system ensures consistency and improvement of working practices and Company management, which in turn provides our products and our services that meet customer's requirements,in order to achieve their total satisfaction.
